To get information and buy a good digital handy cam

Dear freinds, I would like to buy a digital vediocamera(Able to download directly to PC) with at least 20x optic zoom and >1megapixel still picture quality.It should be of light weight.Can you kindly sugest me a model with least price .Alternatively suggest me model and price of a Digital camera (5x optic zoom and >4MP)with good vedio quality comparable (nearing) to handy cam
