Playback problem Panasonic Omnivision

My pv-4301 in play mode stops intermitently. The screen turns blue. When it does play I get no color. Works fine on fast forward play good color , no skiping. I put a cleaning cassett thru it , but it dosn't seem to help.Any ideas? Thanks RDB

Do try cleaning the heads with isopropyl alcohol. But, this unit has been known to have problems with filter capacitors in the power supply.
