Hi I have a JVC model GR-D30u and it will no longer work when just the battery is attached, it works fine when it is plugged in , but once you unplug it and try it with a fully charged battery it does not work , i have tried multiple batteries all have the same outcome, any suggestions

I have the same problem. Seems like it's a fault. Any chance JVC will recall or fix for free????
