Need help with a problems installing drivers for Sony Mini Disk

I had a recent crash and decided to wipe the hard drive.Mt brother in law sent me a disk with XP and service pack 2 already combined.When i went to re-install mt Sony Mini-Disk program i get an error message saying it is denying me access from loading certain files they are:c:\PF\SONY\NETMD DRIVER\NETMDUSB.INF \LAMUSB.INF \NETMD031.INF Access is Denied it says. Does anyone have any ideas of how to overcome this problem??Thanks in advance!!
