There are caps in the vertical deflection portion of your TV that are leaky. Get an ESR meter and check caps in that area.

    The TV has four PCB cards. Can you tell me which card carried the Vertical hold control, the C card or WB card. I like to repalce the card if possible. Also the led blinks constantly- a ground fault?
