Step by step included, change clock on JVC KD-s590

Setting the clock:
1 Press and hold SEL (Select) for more
than 2 seconds.
“CLOCK H”, “CLOCK M”, “SCM LINK” or
“LEVEL” appears on the display.
2 Set the hour.
3 Select “CLOCK H” if not shown on the
display.
4 Adjust the hour.
5 Set the minute.
6 Select “CLOCK M.”
7 Adjust the minute.
8 Press SEL (select) to finish the setting.

how the hell do I select CLOCK H or CLOCK M ? All that is showing is LEVEL.What do I need to do?

all that is showing is LEVEL I cant get the display to show CLOCK H, or CLOCK M what the hell do I need to do, this is about to piss me off.
