Sony F717 C:13:01 error

I get the error too, but I do not think it is caused by Memory stick: I met it twice, but it recovered for unknown reason, it occured when I fully charged the battery,then the error comes, the error is recovered after 4-6 days later, the content in memory stick is still can be read.
