We have an older JVC TV AV-27720. Recently it started showing a black box, covering the picture, when watching a VHS or DVD. Seems like, that one of the kids has been playing with the menu options and has set a lock. I do not have the original remote and am operating the TV with the menu button on the front panel. Do you know how I can get rid of this problem? Thanks
