Try pressing the DISPLAY and VIDEO STATUS buttons on the Remote Control at the same time. Select the area using UP/DN buttons and change value with LEFT/RIGHT buttons. Write down all values before changing anything. This is the Service Menu Access for the AV27720 but your model is probably the same.
