lcd fixed, but....

hi, after replaceing my lcd, the menu system works fine, but on trying to capture a picture, the image is very fuzzy and mainly red lines accross the screen. Menu still fine here, so lcd is fine. I also have a very small pin that I dont know where it should go. Any idea?
