Vpl-cs2 image problems

Hi, I have the above projector and recently I switched it on and apart from the input writing on the right hand side it was also displayed back to front on the left hand side the same with the menu screen. There was a rattling noise and I found a screw lying on top of the upper flat pcb, I have checked the lenses and they are intact, anybody have any ideas, many thanks.
