Opened the camera to replace LCD. That done and worked, but have 3 problems...

Opened the camera to replace LCD. That done and worked, but have 3 problems when putting it back together. 1) A small pin that i have no idea where it should go 2) Flash unit not flashing 3) In capture mode (still and video), can only see lines and mainly in red. Any idea anyone?
