Bad Connectors on individual station control

hi . . . the switches for one of the individual station controls for my IM3003 are really bad. . . lots of static and such when the buttons are depressed. Where can I get a replacement unit? I took the device apart but looks like the volume control switch is glued on pretty tight so i cannot open it up without breaking something. . . My unit is that yellowish white color. Thanks for any help you can provide. Kevin (the house is 12 years old with an original unit installed).
