replacement of the firewire chip

I am looking for somebody who has experience in replacing SMD components and can repair a video camera. This is a Sony DCR-TRV22e. There is a common problem with it that the firewire chip dies. It is a 48 pin chip. Looking for somebody in Auckland area if possible. Thanks
