When the screen goes black is the On Screen Display viewable? If you press "Mute" on your Remote Control does "Muting" appear while the screen is black? This is very important in trying to narrow your search. If the On Screen Display is viewable while the screen is black the picture tube and the voltage feeding to it is Ok, including the filaments. |
