Nutone IMA-303

Nutone intercom IMA-303 replacement

Hey there. Does anyone know where I might get a Nutone intercom central station, model IMA-303, or an alternative that wouldn't force me to replace all of the speakers and the rough-in frame?

    I have this in my new house and the main box works but I need speakers. Do you know what is compatable or will I have to change out everything?
