Service manual and some questions

Is there a service manual available for the Gr-sxm260, I have looked hi and low and found nothing. I have a couple of these camcorders. One is dead (No Power at all) since these are micropossor controlled could the intern Batt be dead? and is it that hard to replace? Last question: I have one Gr-sxm260 that works but the LCD is cracked and not use able, how hard woud it be to switch the LCD from the dead camcord to the one with the cracked LCD. Thanks for any help you might be able to give.
