Pal camcorder with Ntsc camcorder

I have a PAL camcorder, JVC gr.-dv3000u and I would like to buy a NTSC camcorder, Panasonic AG-DVX100 for his accessible price compared to the PAL one. My problem is to know if I will not have problem of time code at the montage using both camcorders ? thank you for your answer
