Video and audio inputs not functioning

I have a 51" Sony HD Rear Projection TV. Model number is KP51HW40. All of the audio inputs and all except the component video inputs are not working. I suspect the U-Board since all of the inputs except component video feed in to it. Can you help me locate a U-Board for this model TV? On the board there are these numbers: 1-680-885-13 (1-719-622-13). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
