hi, i had the same problem with mine. the problem i found was the mechanical connection between the laser lens ans the Motorshaft. The white small plastic on the right jumps over the shaft. you can try to adjust the screw on the right of the lens and so you increase the press on force on the shaft. Probably it would work now.
