Is it fairly simple to replace the cassette holder on a Panasonic PV-GS9? I am quite mechanical but cannot seem to find a service manual. The cassette holder is frozen in the up position. The camera is still under warranty so the parts are under warranty but a tech will charge for labor. When I turn the camera on, it says push reset button then tries to move cassette holder without success. I can hear the motor running but cassette holder is frozen. Can you just email me if you know what is going on and how to tell what part is broken?
