sony trinitron kv-32s20

when i turn on the tv, the front led has a constant flash for about 5-10 mins., then u can hear a relay click, the picture turns on then it flashes on and off for another 5-10 mins, then it works fine, till u turn it off then on again. then it starts all over again....dry caps? thanks Storm
