Home | Previous messageHello, Not sure if it has anything to do with Windows XP Pro, but I have no problem using it with Windows XP Home Edition. One key aspect is that you MUST use QuickTime 5.0 that comes with the software. Any higher version of QuickTime will not allow Movieshaker to work properly or even allow you to hear the sound properly. See what QuickTime version you have and give it a shot. And yes, if you have an iPOD, you will be going back and fourth between the 5.0 verion and higher version to run iTunes. Good luck!

I have windows xp home edition and I can't get movie shaker to open either. i installed quick time 5.0 that came with the software and that works fine. i noticed i also have quicktime 32 installed, although i don't know what that does. i've tried reinstalling the software 4 times and made the settings to the memory as suggested by the software manual online. any help would be appreciated. |
