Organizing a SONY Protest

Dear Friends I have taken the first step towards organizing and launching a large scale protest to help all you Sony Customers fight the corportation that has taken thousands of hard earned dollars from you and delivered a substandard product. I have created an email address - sony_no_picture@hotmail.com I plan to start with a single problem , the problem related to TV sets starting with 'No Picture and only Sound'. Anyone who has this problem with their Sony TVs and who wants to participate in moving a big corporation to take notice of its customers should send an email to the above email address with the following information- Name email address Sony Model and the text 'My Sony TV Has a picture problem' I have contacted the Senior Director for Home Audio and Video - David Migdal. I am not too sure I will hear back from him, but I plan to keep escalating. Once I have a nice big list of people I will call up the following people and send emails to them and also to the news media and consumer protection groups. If in the mean time you want to register your discontent I suggest you calling Sony at 858-942-2400 and asking for David Migdal. Howard Stringer, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Sony Corporation of America Vice Chairman, Sony Corporation Jeffrey Dorn, President Sony Financial Services Jay Dellostretto, Vice President Display Systems Division, Richard Clancy , Senior Vice President Corporate Communications Mike Fidler, Senior Vice President. Home Products Division. Hirom Inouye, President. Sony Engineering Manufacturing Customer Service - America Lets get togeather and show the power of the consumer. I will keep you posted with the progress and the next steps. One last thing, this is not a six month or year long process. I plan to move fast, you will be hearing from me in the next few weeks. Please take a moment to send an email and exercise your rights!!!!!
