Organizing a SONY Protest

Dear Friends I have taken the first step towards organizing and launching a large scale protest to help all you Sony Customers fight the corportation that has taken thousands of hard earned dollars from you and delivered a substandard product. I have created an email address - sony_no_picture@hotmail.com I plan to start with a single problem , the problem related to TV sets starting with 'No Picture and only Sound'. Anyone who has this problem with their Sony TVs and who wants to participate in moving a big corporation to take notice of its customers should send an email to the above email address with the following information- Name email address Sony Model and the text 'My Sony TV Has a picture problem' I have contacted the Senior Director for Home Audio and Video - David Migdal. I am not too sure I will hear back from him, but I plan to keep escalating. Once I have a nice big list of people I will call up the following people and send emails to them and also to the news media and consumer protection groups. If in the mean time you want to register your discontent I suggest you calling Sony at 858-942-2400 and asking for David Migdal.
