The pinch rollers on my JVC TD-W354 are all worn out. Where can I get new ones ?

They are ruining my tapes. I don't want to throw the whole thing out. I took the rollers out of the left hand unit and put them in the right hand one, so I at least could record things, but now those have worn out too. HELP !
