help with power supply

hcj555w or hch 551 chassis apt52a . sub tformer all ckts check out fine thge main t801 the b+ and the 13 volt line are out 3.0 on 13 volt line 51 at output regulated b+ removing the error amp se 102n the b+goes up to 71 . the set shutsdown after 3 seconds relay clicks sub powers up main shutsdown . the 13 volt line to deflection 12 volt regulater i replaced still no good. the main problem is samsung asc and there service manuals are fd up and they are idoits. the t801 tformer is not the one they list in all the apt52a chassis nor is the deflection ckts the same . theres something in the way the tformer works with the 13 volt line i beleive its a flyback type and there is no 13 volts ever . any help would be nice see service manuals at samsungasc.com user is 222222 pass is 07856 you can only view and download service and training manuals , you wont find the set im fixing hcj555w chassis apt52a. you can get as close as hch551. download and help me please for the info i left please .
