Error message F03

As I recall, this error-F03- means the threading mech has not/will not rotate into position either for eject or thread. Machine has, since new, given me problems if I allowed a tape to roll out to the end. Machine would shut down and I would have to manually rewind a bit of tape back onto the supply reel of the cassette, THEN put it into the machine. Last night, I allowed a cassette to roll out fully and now it's F03-ville and it doesn't matter if I use a different tape/new tape/etc. "F03" remains on the readout whether it is turned on or not.
