Hi, I have a Sony Cyber-Shot 2.0 mega pixels, DSC-P51. I can not down load pics from my camera. I use to be able to!. I had trouble with my printer and wondered if this has anything to dowith me not being able to downlaod from camera to computer. I have tried to reload the Pixela Image Maker Ver.10 for Sony but I get this error message "INSTALL The enviroment is not correct" can you help?
