Levan,
What version of the software are you using. I had problems sometimes with the OpenMG. Sony does have an update page you can get an update to software you currently have.

hey rich wad up,i purchased my sony MZ-N707 from state auction and it didn't come with the software, so if you could e-mail me and tell me about how i could possibly get this or if you have the OMG software or whatever it is called i would really appreciate it !!!!!!!! thanks
