Tape stuck and deck beeps and display C3210 code on screen

Hi everyone, first time here for me. Just trying my luck here if anybody had any problem with their Sony DSR-45P deck. I had a MiniDV tape stuck inside. Now everytime it's turned on, it gives a beeping sound (3-5 times short beeps) and the digital tape counter display C3210. Anybody knows what this means, where can I refer the code at or how to fix it. The deck does not make any statrup sound like normal anymore all of a sudden.
