Severe buz and hum. All modes except Sterio with Treble and Base at 0.

If I adjust the treble or base off 0, buz and hum show up. Selection any other mode also causes problem. Acts like anything going through digital synthisizer is distorted. Even if I select Sub woofer in sterio mode. The 3.3 and 5v ooks ok on controller board. Any thoughts. Where to buy a controller?
