Home | Previous messageI have had two UVW-1800's repaired and both have the Error 02-674 codes reappear within 45 days of repair. Can't eject tapes. I would appreciate any assistance. Thanks

We're experiencing the same problem with our machines and swapping parts show the cause to be the cassette compartments. We're currently working to figure out why. It only happens with large cassettes. -Jim |
