Sony E9101l is this a Flash Problem, maybe a burnt bulb? Can it be easily fixed?

I see an error cod eof E9101 on a Sony DCR TRV30. The external Flash will still work. The internal flash appears not to work. Can you tell what E9101 is refering to, and what is needed to resolve the problem? Is it a burn bulb? thanks, john magyari
