Please help Eject Tape keeps flashing It trys to eject but can't

I have been very impressed with this 8mm camera since day one. It has a host of special features and have fallen in love with it. I would appreciate any help at all,as how to get into my camera. since I have half of a wedding in it from last april. Please help in any way at all.
