High frequency squeal after the TV operates for a couple hours.

I have a Sony KV32S42 32" television. It has developed a high pitched squeal. The squeal occurs after about 2-3 hours of operation, it is not affected by the volume control, by the channel selected, or mode of operaton. I suspect it is a harmonic of the flyback or horizontal drive, or maybe the fundamental frequency. Any ideas, the receiver is 4 years old.
