After giving up on my search for MDR-CD6 replacement pads I ordered the MDR-CD5 pads X-2380-810-1 (box says they fit the MDR-CD5, MDR-CD7 & DR-100) from PARTSOLVER.COM. They are NOT an identical replacement: the foot print is slightly smaller, the foam is more significantly more dense and firm (therefore, less comfortable), edges are not as rounded. They are not perfect but probably the best option available.
