After giving up on my search for CD-6 replacement pads I ordered the MDR CD-5 pads X-2380-810-1 (box also says they fit the DR-100 and Cd from PARTSOLVER.COM. They are NOT an identical replacement: the foot print is slightly smallers, the foam is more firm and, therefore, less compliant, edges are not as rounded. They are not perfect but probably the best option available.
