Problems with Panasonic DV Studio 3.12E-SE

Software will not open

Help! I have just purchased a Panasonic GS200 camcorder and tried to install the CD software with the DV Studio version 3.12E-SE on my pc and the first screen comes up but the little hourglass just keeps turning and it says it is connecting but never does. I have uninstalled a couple times and reinstalled but nothing happens. HELP! I have movie film I need to capture. What am I doing wrong?

Hi, are you solved your problem with DV Studio ? Do you know the update version of that software ? i just new comer to used that software. Rgds, Yohanes
