I have the same problem as Ms. Sutton. Model# GR-D30U, serial # 118U3075 and Jennifer. I was using the camera and all of the sudden it went dead. I tried to recharge the battery, but that was ineffective. I tested the battery with a volt-amp meter and it showed 7.2vdc, and .8amps. I also tested the charger and it also tested fine. I purchased a new battery and continue to have the same problem: no power, no charging indicating light, etc. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated. Regards, Jay
