Hi, I have a JVC TV model # AV32230 which is less than 3 years old and I am having problems with it right now. There is a black horizontal with mostly all chanels along with a snowy, blurry none colorful sharp picture when watching the tv. However, when I play the DVD movies or video games the piture is sharp and colorful as there is no problem. What can be wrong with it and is it a fix that I my be capable of fixing myself. If not how much will it cost to repair. Your immediate response will be appreciated. Thank you in advance
