schematic SONY KV-2140RPW

I need that schematic, because I have a short in the source. Please I need the schematic or information about the element THP-651, because I don´t know what is it. This reference is 387-11. It is heat a lot when I turn on the TV and +B fall to 85V. When I quit it, +B rise to 135V. Please I need help
