HomeTape stuck in camera. Safeguard mode with E01 error. In Africa for a 4 month trip and only half way through. The camera is still under warranty but we need it to be working now (with no time to send it anywhere) as we still have 2 months to go on our once-in-a-lifetime trip. If we can't fix it, then we need to get it fixed. Any suggestions?

You can´t fix the problem because the mechanism errors e01 & E02 are a broken gear , a guide of the housing twisted , etc. Anyway ,you can open the door of the mecha (whith the machine on) and help the mecha to go down. Normally works but sometimes not. Good luck. |
