Video Production Help Needed

I am in the process of setting up video production for my local church adn at this present time i have 2 Ikegami HL-95B cameras. I need to know what other equipment I need to produce quality productions. I know that i need power supplies, monitors and a external VCR or VTR. If anyone knows where i can get a owners manual for the video cameras that i have feel frre to call me at 832-423-9036
