I have a very nice 27" JVC model AV-2751S / AV-2761S television I bought in or around 1992. In the past it had only one problem, a cold solder joint which was repaired. All of a sudden it takes over an hour to get a color picture. While waiting for the color picture we have a very nice B/W picture. No lines, no distortion, no hour glass, no other apparent problem. Just no color picture. Once it warms up, an hour or so later, it has its usual bright color picture. Can you suggest what the problem may be. I have repaired televisions in the past including the replacement of board level components. I am unemployed and can't afford an expensive repair or a new TV.
Thank you.
