Hello, I bought the GR-DVL720U (serial # 147J0461) Digital Video Camera from a Gateway store last year but it did not come with the CD. Can you tell me what software I need to capture video? I have a capable desktop running Windows XP with an IEEE 1394 card. I'm not happy with Windows Movie Maker and I tried Easy CD Creator 5 but I get an error "Cannot connect to video capture device". I get this error after clicking record (I see the video running before I click record). I would love to get a CD from JVC but I understand it will cost $30 plus shipping and I don't think I should have to pay it.
