My unit DSC F717 camera is not powering on. Is there a step by step instruction available in order to debug the unit. I do have the Sony Service manual.

i have a dsc-d700 the lcd screen is out, sony repair sent it back to me stating that Ic401 is no longer available and that the camera can't be fixed. what do you say? thanks
