Concerning JVCAV3575/ OK D P 36" TV. I have bands of multiple thin black horizonal lines across the center and bottom of the screen . The rest of the picture is relatively normal. I have ensure that no other electrical devices are causing interference including VCR and cable box. Suggestions? Thanks! Gordon
