Hi During playback there were lines across the screen and my camcorder flashed up a message saying head cleaning was required. But when i put the mini DV head cleaner in and pressed play, it came up with E03 remove and reattch battery, then went into safegaurd mode. Basically i can't clean my camcorder because of this E03 error which only comes up when the head cleaner is in the camcorder. Please Help!
