Home | First message in thread | Previous messageHELP!! My MiniDV Samsung camcorder has shut down because "dew" keeps flashing on the LCD screen. It will not take a tape or do anything. Is there a way to reset the sensor or remove it. If so, where is it located within the camera? Thanks.

I have the same problem with my video cam. Any solution other than send back to the agents for repair? The gauge of dew - black small square hardly is higher than a video head To wipe by pure cotton wool (not by spirit) Not an outcome - to take apart the chamber to cut off the gauge, to replace by the resistor 470 Ohm Nickolay Ukraine nian2005@yandex.ru Same with a Sharp didgital camcorder.....anybody who can offer an inexpensive disabling service for dew sensors would have a steady business project. The cost of replacement is very nearly the cost of a new, discount price, camera. DEW TAPE MESSAGE APPEARS IN THE SCREEN AND IS NOT POSSIBLE TO USE THE CAMERA, WHEN THE CARTRIDGE IS LOCATED, IS JUMP OUT. |
