Yes I have the same problem. My girlfriend went to a factory service center, and a woman in front of her had the same cam and the same problem. Is this a known issue? I believe it could be the CCD chip? Looks like we won't know til they take a look at it. But anyone else with this problem. I was surprised to find more people with the exact same problem.
